Responsibilities
  • Responsible for training support for product and vehicle sales.
  • Responsible for technical highlights and service training for automotive and other products in South Africa.
  • Develop training courseware content, product training lectures and external explanations to enhance the dealer's understanding and knowledge of the product.
  • Excavate the selling points of product models, formulate external words, accurately convey the characteristics and advantages of the product, and enhance the effect of sales and marketing.
  • Organise dealer training work to ensure the smooth progress of product training.
  • Responsible for other related work to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
  • Work experience: 1-3 years of relevant training experience, preferably in the automotive industry or South African market.
  • Skills: Proficient in designing and developing training programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes, after-sales service systems, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct on-site demonstrations, case studies, and technical explanations.
  • Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Other requirements: Proficient in office software and training tools.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills and adaptability to work in a South African environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site in South Africa.
