Job summary

A leading health and wellness company in South Africa is seeking individuals for a role in their Call Center, focusing on delivering exceptional client service. Candidates must have at least one year of outbound telesales experience. You will assist with identifying health needs and present tailored sales solutions. Being target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to change are essential. Matric and necessary qualifications are required, while prior health product knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year sales experience, preferably in an outbound telesales environment.
  • Minimum 1 year health product knowledge is advantageous.
  • Discovery Health Knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the best direct to client service.
  • Identify medical aid/ health needs of clients.
  • Achieve quality target and adhere to service level agreements.

Key purpose

The successful individual will be required to provide the best direct to client service, by identifying the medical aid/ health needs of our clients and presenting the best sales opportunities.
