This is an opportunity to join a data-centric team within a stable highly respected organization and work on complex challenges that shape the future of the insurance industry.

Performance Objectives for Year One

• Architect and Deploy a Scalable Data Infrastructure: Within the first 9 months design and build a robust automated data pipeline using Azure Data Factory and Synapse Analytics to process key structured and unstructured data sources reducing manual data processing efforts by a significant margin.
• Develop and Operationalize High-Impact Predictive Models: Within the first year successfully develop validate and deploy at least two predictive models (e.g. for claims prediction or risk assessment) using Python or R providing the actuarial and underwriting teams with new actionable insights.
• Revolutionize Business Intelligence Reporting: Lead the development and rollout of a new suite of interactive Power BI dashboards within 6 months replacing static reports and empowering cross-functional teams with self-service analytics capabilities.
• Integrate Data Science into Core Business Workflows: Partner directly with actuaries underwriters and other key stakeholders to embed a new data science solution into an existing business process ensuring successful adoption and demonstrating measurable value within the first year.
