What You Will Do
  • Respond to and resolve customer queries across phone, email, and social media platforms in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Handle product-related complaints and escalate complex cases to the Customer Services Manager and other relevant departments (Regulatory, Quality, Sales etc)
  • Assist in the preparation of scientific content and customer communication materials.
  • Support the implementation of product and health training initiatives, including the design and delivery of product training sessions.
  • Help coordinate customer service projects, including exhibitions, training sessions, and community engagement activities.
  • Build relationships & loyalty through consistent communication.
  • Deliver service excellence that is human, warm & memorable.
