ClearSource is seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will provide customer support for our client’s premium program. You will help customers eliminate the stress and hassle related to home maintenance services. We need individuals with a strong focus on customer support who can think positively, solve problems, and deliver friendly, effective solutions.

What you will do as a Customer Service Representative
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails regarding account questions, system navigation, or workflow needs
  • Guide users through steps in the system and help them complete tasks successfully
  • Review entries or activity logs to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Investigate issues such as incomplete actions, mismatches, unclear statuses, or failed system steps
  • Troubleshoot system or process concerns using internal tools
  • Document all cases thoroughly, including actions taken and findings
  • Coordinate with internal support teams for escalations or items requiring deeper analysis
  • Follow standard operating procedures when processing requests or determining resolutions
  • Achieve performance standards including quality assurance, productivity, customer satisfaction, and attendance
What We're Looking For
  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
  • Customer service experience (voice or non‑voice) preferred but not required
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Good written communication skills for email and case documentation
  • Willingness to work onsite
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed during escalation scenarios
  • High attention to detail, especially when reviewing data or steps
  • Ability to learn new systems, tools, and workflows quickly
