Position: CS&A Designer - All Levels
Locations: Warrington, Westlakes and Stockton
Contract: Inside IR35

Overview

We are seeking CSA Designers (Civil, Structural & Architectural) at all levels to join our clients growing team. They are open to candidates based in Warrington, Stockton or Westlakes. Initially supporting a major projects, this role offers the opportunity for longer-term engagement within their expanding CSA capability. Successful candidates will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, innovative design solutions in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. As a CSA Designer, you will have the chance to develop your skills on complex engineering activities while supporting some of the most exciting projects in the sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver complete design concepts from initial scheme definition through to detailed design.
• Produce drawings, sections, details, and design documentation using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit).
• Liaise and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multi-discipline design teams.
• Attend and contribute to technical meetings.
• Ensure technical quality and excellence across all deliverables.
• Provide technical input and coordinate successful integration across disciplines.
• Support, mentor, and develop junior engineers and technicians.
• Assist in the preparation of design documents, drawings, and supporting technical information.
• Work independently on complex engineering activities, demonstrating autonomy and technical capability.
• Contribute to and uphold business and quality management systems while promoting a strong safety culture.
• This role gives a CSA Designer the chance to influence both project outcomes and team growth through knowledge sharing and leadership.
