Control Gate Manager - Hoedspruit Job Summary Candidate Requirements: Practical experience in security and wildlife crime prevention. Familiarity with K9 handling (bonus). Experience in civil works, particularly road maintenance. Proven ability to manage teams. Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial oversight, payroll, and basic accounting. Experience in HR management, compliance with health & safety, labour, and PSIRA regulations. Ability to supervise maintenance operations (gate and road inspections, contractor management, BOQs, and tenders). Knowledge of security systems, SOPs, and access control systems. Leadership in K9 Unit management and staff training. Effective communication with sponsors, landowners, reserves, and staff. Strong enforcement of rules and regulations, including speed trapping and project management. Participation in board and staff meetings. This is a live-in position. Pet- and family friendly.
