About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Composite Technician to join our growing UAV manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication of lightweight, structurally strong composite components, contributing directly to increased production output and on-time delivery of UAVs.

This is a hands-on role suited to a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in composite materials and manufacturing processes.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Interpret CAD drawings
  • Cut composite materials accurately according to drawings
  • Mix resins according to specified ratios and procedures
  • Perform composite layups as per CAD drawings and work instructions
  • De-mould and trim composite layups
  • Inspect own work to ensure quality standards are met
  • Sand and prepare components for paint
  • Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to health and safety standards
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Composite Technician Trade Certificate (essential)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with composite materials
  • Sound knowledge of composite materials and weave directions
