Delivery Manager | Tech Recruitment @ Quantum Talent Group Are you a driven commercial banking professional with strong expertise in credit cards, virtual cards, and B2B payments?

Key Responsibilities

Develop sales content including email templates and pitch scripts.

Identify and prioritize high-value commercial customer and merchant prospects.

Lead sales discussions and pitch commercial card solutions (credit cards & virtual cards).

Present card acceptance solutions to merchants.

Support onboarding of new customers and ensure activation and first usage.

Drive operational onboarding of new merchants.

Monitor portfolio performance and recommend improvement actions.

Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior management.

Train and enable internal sales teams across all stages of the sales cycle.

Contribute to performance management framework enhancements.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.

5–10 years' experience in banking, card sales, or acceptance operations.

Strong understanding of commercial and corporate card products.

Proven track record in sales and business development.

Strong client relationship management and communication skills.

Ability to train and support sales teams with the right tools and resources.
