Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Coffee Equipment Technician to join the Johannesburg team.

Responsibilities

• Repair and fault-find (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and software).
• Calibrate, program and test equipment to ensure top coffee quality.
• Install equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with clients and managers on-site.
• Accurately complete job cards, tool checks and stock records.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness and professionalism.
• Escalate technical issues timeously and follow up where needed.

Requirements

• Grade 12
• N6 Electrical or Mechanical Diploma (advantageous)
• Proven track record in the coffee equipment industry
• Experience with beverage equipment including vending, traditional and fully automatic machines (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license
