Our client is recruiting for a CNC operator / supervisor -The purpose of this position is the operation and maintenance of the CNC Turning Centre to achieve precise and efficient machining operations. You will ensure high-quality outputs, machine efficiency, and adhere to safety regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interpret technical drawings.
• Set up, on control programming and operate CNC turning machines.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency.
• Manage CNC tools to achieve optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using precision measuring tools.
• Ensure production orders are fulfilled.
• Document production activities and keep accurate records of outputs and machine performance.
• Reporting of maintenance issues to the Factory Manager.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal functioning.
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace.

QUALITY CONTROL

• Ensure finished products are according to standard and specification.
