About The Role

The Clinical Nurse plays a key role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation nursing care and supporting smooth daily ward operations. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, support clinical decision‑making, manage patient and family concerns, and ensure that nursing documentation, audits, and clinical systems are completed accurately and time‑suitably.

This role requires strong clinical skills, confident communication, and a steady commitment to quality, safety, and patient outcomes.

You Will
  • Deliver compassionate, comprehensive nursing care and contribute to positive patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation journey and expected milestones.
  • Develop patient care plans with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
  • Ensure accurate and time‑suitable capturing of all nursing‑related data.
  • Support safe, compliant care by monitoring nursing documentation and processes, identifying risks, and driving quality improvement actions.
  • Provide effective, collaborative leadership within the nursing team to support consistent clinical care.
  • Manage patient and patient‑family concerns relating to nursing care with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure correct and on‑time billing processes related to nursing activities where applicable.
  • Ensure effective storage and control of ward stock and equipment.
  • Maintain excellent standards of order and cleanliness in the ward across all shifts.
  • Prevent clinical risks and ensure adherence to the highest standards of safety and quality.
About You
REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING
  • Registered with SANC (or other relevant professional body)
  • 3 years or more as a Registered Nurse in a clinical environment
  • Experience working in a structured clinical team with high standards and accountability
