Ideal candidates will have a university degree in a clinically based subject and experience in facilitation within the pharmaceutical industry. AbbVie Neurosciences has a duty to provide training on the safe and effective, on-label use of our products. The Neuroscience Clinical Facilitator (CF) is an HCP-facing role within AbbVie who facilitates HCP understanding of key learnings in-clinic. The CF will have required experience in Neuroscience and will be trained to a high level of competency and skill. However, a clinical background/qualification is highly recommended for this role due to the clinical content and technical aspects covered with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).

The CF will guide on patient assessment and AbbVie product treatment aligned to the relevant Facilitation Programme. Taking the theory learned from the AMI educational programmes, they support implementation into practice in the clinical setting on completion of relevant and/or required AMI content. Educational needs will be specific to the individual and based on mutually agreed knowledge/skills gaps.
This needs assessment determines the individualized facilitation pathway for each HCP, and in relevant markets, other non-clinical staff such as Rehabilitation Allied staff.
The CF will facilitate learning using approved AMI, and locally relevant, educational materials with an aim to support a standardised, repeatable methodology for patient assessment and treatment planning and for injection procedures aligned to defined AMI programme curricula related to Neuroscience brands.
This is a role with Regional Focus, therefore ability to travel aligned to Educational need and AMI strategy is imperative.
