Job Description

Service incoming calls from existing clients, be it general queries or complaints in an efficient, professional, competent manner, to upsell on every individual call to the existing client, with the purpose of increasing the premiums, in accordance with the quality standards that are in place and in accordance with the values of OUTsurance.

  • Previous call centre experience - preferably in a client centric or sales environment
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry would be advantageous
  • Responsible to up‑sell existing policies

  • Preferably a candidate with experience in short term insurance.
