Limagrain South Africa is a leading player in the agricultural sector, dedicated to providing high-quality field seeds.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Campaign Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive impactful marketing campaigns. The role focuses on developing and executing campaigns that increase the sales of Limagrain Field Seeds in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of country‑specific campaign marketing strategies.
  • Manage six critical campaign phases: diagnostic and objective setting, proposal, offer finalization, master plan approval, execution and monitoring, and post‑campaign review.
  • Focus on product, brand, and customer‑related campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product management, product development, and sales teams to align marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with global marketing teams to localise brand messaging and market materials.
  • Organise and lead local exhibitions, trade shows, field days, and promotional events.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimise marketing strategies.
  • Propose and manage the country’s marketing budget.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate marketing guidelines.
  • Travel extensively to understand the customer and build successful campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in campaign development and deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of market analysis, segmentation, campaign strategies, planning and content creation.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (viewed favourably).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar design tools).
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows, customer visits and industry events.
  • Agricultural experience is strongly preferred.
  • Customer‑focused mentality with a passion for customers.
  • Hands‑on and pragmatic approach.
