We are seeking an experienced Business Development Recruiter with strong expertise in IT recruitment and business development to design and execute our global client acquisition strategy.
This is a commercially driven role where your primary responsibility is to generate new business, establish strong pipelines, and manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and outreach to presentations, negotiations, and closing.
This role is not involved in sourcing candidates or delivery work.
Instead, your focus will be on winning new clients and expanding our presence across international markets.
Generate leads and new business within IT recruitment business development.
Build relationships with clients across global markets.
Deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Manage your sales pipeline and develop tailored solutions for clients.
3+ years in recruitment business development (IT sector preferred).
Strong track record in winning clients and generating revenue.
Confident communicator with sales and negotiation skills.
