Key Responsibilities
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the in-house expert for Mobile Apps and e‑Commerce you will develop a deep understanding of klipboards current offerings and their configuration capabilities. Act as the bridge between stakeholders, product managers, UX/UI Designers and developers ensuring that our mobile products deliver maximum value to our users and align with strategic goals.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams to elicit, analyse and translate customer requirements into product features and enhancements.
  • Requirement Documentation: Develop precise, detailed documentation for functional and technical requirements. Your specifications will guide development teams to implement effective functionalities based on market insights and customer needs.
  • Solution Design and Validation: Partner with product owners and development teams to validate solution designs, ensuring compatibility with complex trade and e‑commerce needs. You’ll contribute to the creation of ERP enhancements that streamline workflows for B2B and B2C.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead UAT activities, involving key users to validate system readiness. You’ll design scenarios that capture the end‑to‑end lifecycles, including purchase receipts, stock checking, delivery management, and warehouse management, ensuring readiness for real‑world application.

  • Analytical and Problem‑Solving Skills: Advanced analytical skills with a methodical approach to solving complex issues. You’ll be skilled in interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Influence: Strong communicator with the ability to convey complex requirements to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. You’ll present insights clearly, building consensus and influencing key decision‑makers.
  • Agile and Product Development: Demonstrated experience in Agile environments and iterative development, with the adaptability to respond to evolving requirements and e‑commerce market trends.
  • Process Modelling: Skilled in mapping end‑to‑end workflows, ensuring the ERP solution is capable of managing multi‑channel sales operations, customer‑specific pricing, and complex purchase orders.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business management, E‑commerce, Operations, or a related field. Advanced qualifications in e‑commerce or trade operations are advantageous.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a business analysis role with significant experience in processes for trade and e‑commerce environments. Experience in ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Certifications: Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI‑PBA) and relevant certifications in e‑commerce or trade management are advantageous.
