Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with any inquiries or needs. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and crew members. Keep the buggies clean and in good working condition. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate team members. Assist with loading and unloading of luggage and other items as needed. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
