AltGen is looking for a strategic, creative, and commercially astute Brand Strategist to own and elevate our content ecosystem across Africa and the UK.
This role is for someone who can combine storytelling, design, digital performance, and brand governance and translate all of that into measurable business impact across Recruitment, Workforce Management (WFM), and Employer of Record (EOR) services.
You will sit at the intersection of brand, marketing, data, and stakeholder engagement, shaping how AltGen shows up in the market every single day.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Creative Direction
- Produce high-quality written, visual, photo, and video content aligned to AltGen’s brand identity.
- Create compelling LinkedIn job ads, candidate highlights, thought leadership, commercial messaging, and value-driven content streams.
Content Management & Scheduling
- Own and manage content calendars across all business units and geographies.
- Maintain structured, forward-planned content pipelines with consistent posting.
Brand Ownership & Quality Control
- Redesign, apply, and protect the corporate identity of AltGen and EOR in Africa.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines across platforms and formats.
- Maintain and evolve all brand collateral.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Present content strategies, concepts, and performance insights to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team and Business Analyst to refine strategy using data.
Digital Performance & Conversion Optimisation
- Understand and optimise LinkedIn engagement, conversions, and audience pathways.
- Track performance metrics including impressions, CTR, follower growth, and competitor activity.
- Conduct LinkedIn audits across businesses and employee profiles.
- Support Google Analytics monitoring and website content optimisation.
Client-Facing & Commercial Support
- Produce salary surveys and externally distributed reports.
- Support bids and proposals with visually aligned, brand-consistent materials.
Systems, Tools & Structure
- Work extensively in Adobe Creative Suite and related digital tools.
- Use LinkedIn Talent Insights for reporting and visual outputs.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in content leadership, brand management, or digital marketing.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link content to business outcomes.
- Advanced writing, design, and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a conversion and employer branding platform.
Qualification Requirements:
- BA Visual Communication Design (Highly Beneficial)
