You will provide second line specialist support and assistance to computer users by answering questions, resolving technical problems and maintaining the customer's network, software and computer equipment relating to our ARCH Products.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• A+ and N+ certifications are a minimum requirement; however, if you have relevant experience your application will be considered.

Additional Details
