Responsibilities:

• Handle month-end tasks including journal entries, accruals/provisions, personnel worksheets, asset transactions, general ledger reconciliation, and reporting.
• Create and maintain the asset master data and conduct asset audits, lease management and generate acquisition reports.
• Conduct reconciliations of bank accounts and process entries from bank statements.
• Calculate and process VAT returns provide breakdowns of VAT returns as required.
• Ensure all necessary information are available as required for audits.

Qualifications:

• National diploma in accounting or related field would be advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Experience with SAP required.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs. (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
