About the job Bilingual Administrator Finance Support (German/English

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Administrator Finance Support (German/English)., a leader in Automatic Identification and Data Capture Solutions. This position is remote and offers half-day working hours, perfect for someone with a strong administrative and finance background who is fluent in both German and English.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Administration:

  • Generate and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy for both German and English-speaking clients.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and payable, including payment follow-ups and reconciliations.
  • Support basic bookkeeping tasks and prepare financial reports as needed.
  • Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.

Client Support:

  • Act as a point of contact for German-speaking clients regarding financial queries and documentation.
  • Translate financial documents, invoices, and correspondence between German and English.
  • Work with the finance team to resolve client account issues effectively.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Organize and maintain financial records (digital and physical).
  • Assist in preparing and updating financial procedures and policies.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Language Proficiency: Native German speaker, fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience in administration or finance-related roles. Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) is an advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
