Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the band during live performances in the Music Hall, ensuring high-quality and engaging performances
• Collaborate with other entertainment staff to create a diverse and entertaining lineup of performances
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of musicians to ensure a high level of talent and professionalism
• Create and maintain set lists and ensure the band is well-rehearsed and prepared for each performance
• Work with the ship's sound and lighting technicians to ensure a smooth and seamless production
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with guests and address any concerns or issues that may arise during performances
• Ensure all equipment and instruments are properly maintained and in good working condition
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while onboard the cruise ship

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

• Valid passport and able to obtain necessary visas for international travel
