Job summary

A travel company in Gauteng, Sandton, seeks a member for their Centre of Excellence Team. This role requires strong analysis and documentation of business processes, as well as collaboration with various departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Candidates should have 0-2 years of experience and preferably possess a bachelor's degree related to business analysis. Key skills include strong communication and data analysis capabilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably knowledge of Zoho.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree is beneficial.
  • Business analyst/process analysis qualification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business processes.
  • Test & QA of business processes & productivity.
  • Define business process and activity SLAs.
  • Liaise with business analysts & input to process design.
  • Administer support and team systems.
