This permanent, full-time, hands‑on role supports the Warehouse and Operations Manager in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse.

The ideal candidate is proactive, customer‑facing, and possesses strong problem‑solving abilities and people management skills.

With a focus on optimising warehouse functions, maintaining the integrity of outgoing products, and ensuring compliance with the quality management system, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiency.

This position is based in Kyalami, Midrand, Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations in the warehouse are optimised and carried out effectively.
• Manage workflow and driver route schedules.
• Oversee stock and operations.
• Goods ordered, received, and assembled as required.
• Goods dispatched correctly and efficiently.
• Manage logistics and fleet.
• Ensure facilities, vehicles, and equipment are maintained in good condition.
• Maintain a healthy IR climate.
• Ensure health and safety requirements are adhered to.
• Ensure non-conformances reported, investigated and corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
• Train, develop and coach Warehouse operators.

Qualifications
