MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in administrative support roles; experience in the agriculture industry will be beneficial.

  • Full professional proficiency in Afrikaans and English (speaking and writing).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of agricultural terminology, practices, and technologies is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the agronomists.
  • Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations for the agronomy team.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Assist in conducting research and collecting data related to crop production and agricultural practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to prepare and distribute educational materials to clients and farmers.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in organising and coordinating field visits, events, and workshops.
  • Ad hoc or other related duties as assigned.
