This hybrid role requires a hunter mindset focused on outreach, driving agency adoption of the platform, and achieving registration targets. Success in this role will include achieving 30-40 agency registrations and substantial presentations within the first 90 days.

Green Media is recruiting an Agency Partnerships Executive to establish relationships with advertising agencies and introduce them to the Green Media platform.
This is a hunter role focused on outreach, presenting the Green Media solution to agency teams, and driving agency adoption.
Once an agency is registered on the platform, internal account teams manage onboarding and delivery.
To build and scale an agency acquisition pipeline that results in consistent presentations, registrations and active agency users within the first 90 days.
South Africa has approximately meaningful advertising agencies.
The expected funnel for a strong hunter in the first 90 days is Outreach to the full universe of agencies Approximately agencies reachable Approximately meetings booked Approximately 80 presentations delivered Approximately 30 to 40 agency registrations Approximately 6 to 8 active agencies Approximately 1 to 3 signed-off deals
Basic salary subject to experience.
Final salary will be based on proven track record, agency experience and prior performance in a similar hunter role.
A higher basic salary may be considered for candidates with strong existing relationships in major agency groups or a demonstrable history of high-performance agency sales.
Commission and performance incentives will be discussed during the interview process.
