Job Overview

Business Segment : Corporate & Investment Banking

Location : ZA, GP, Johannesburg, 30 Baker Street

To draft Commercial and Information Technology related agreements, such as software development, licensing and sale agreements, terms of use, API terms etc.

Advise on commercial intellectual property aspects of transactions, advising on data protection laws and data breaches and advising on AI regulation and ethics within the parameters defined by the legal entity mandate and associated regulations.

To act as counsel to the Bank during negotiations, within the parameters defined by line management.

Experience Required
