They use targeted social media ads, PPC campaigns, video advertising, programmatic placements, and optimized landing pages to drive conversions, improving ROI and providing full transparency through real-time performance dashboards.
We're looking for a highly dependable and analytical Ads Campaign Manager / Strategist to own the full lifecycle of Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
You will plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns that generate high-intent leads and strong ROI.
This is a long‑term role for someone reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and ready to grow into a key player on the team.
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution (35%)
Develop and implement full‑funnel Google and Meta Ads strategies.
Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Meta, Display, and YouTube.
Build and test audiences, creatives, copy, and bidding strategies.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and funnel assessments.
2. Performance Optimization (25%)
Analyze performance daily to reduce CPL and improve lead quality.
Execute structured A / B tests across creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and conversion event issues.
Collaborate with the CRO team to improve landing page performance.
3. Account Ownership & Reporting (20%)
Maintain organized and scalable ad account structures.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Ensure accurate tracking and tagging across platforms.
Identify scaling opportunities while monitoring risks or inefficiencies.
4. Creative & Messaging Collaboration (10%)
Brief creative teams on required formats and data‑backed concepts.
Provide insights for new angles, messaging, and tests.
Align ad creative with landing page experiences.
5. Cross‑Functional Collaboration (10%)
Work closely with senior ads specialists, CRO, creatives, and account managers.
Participate in onboarding, internal training, and workshops.
Contribute to process improvements and internal playbooks.
2–4+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads.
Proven experience reducing CPL, improving lead quality, and scaling campaigns.
Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, CRO, and tracking.
Highly dependable, consistent, organized, and detail‑oriented.
Excellent English communication skills (internal collaboration‑focused).
Ability to manage multiple accounts and budgets at once.
Self‑directed, proactive, and quick to ramp without heavy supervision.
2–4+ years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads.
Experience in home improvement, contractor niches, or local lead generation.
Experience collaborating with creative or CRO teams.
Familiarity with automation rules or scripts.
Agency or AdTech background.
Experience with YouTube Ads or advanced audience strategies.
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace.
Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar.
Google Tag Manager
Google Analytics
CRM and dashboard tools (training provided).
Excel / Google Sheets.
