Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and diligent Administrator on a permanent basis to support a fast‑paced in‑house Legal & Compliance team.
Main Functions of the Job
- Act as a central point of contact and co‑ordination between internal and external stakeholders;
- Provide administrative support and assistance to the Legal & Compliance team, ensuring applicable policies, processes and governance frameworks are applied;
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents, as well as maintaining accurate records and filing systems;
- Support the background screening, and vetting process for service provider’s by collecting required documents, conducting preliminary checks and tracking progress;
- Maintaining all information and documentation within various databases;
- Assist with contract management activities, including tracking contract lifecycles, maintaining registers, and ensuring supporting documentation is complete and up to date;
- Support the drafting, formatting, and review of routine legal documents, agreements, correspondence, and templates under the guidance of the Legal & Compliance team;
- Monitor and track deadlines and follow ups of internal deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks;
- Manage incoming requests and route matters to the appropriate legal team members.
- Ad‑hoc assistance to the Legal & Compliance team.

Qualifications And Experience
- Minimum Matric qualification.
- At least 3-5 years relevant work experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel (graphical representation) and PowerPoint features.
