Responsibilities

  • Act as a central point of contact and coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to the Legal & Compliance team.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain records.
  • Support background screening and vetting processes.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and diligent Administrator on a permanent basis to support a fast‑paced in‑house Legal & Compliance team.

Main Functions of the Job
  • Act as a central point of contact and co‑ordination between internal and external stakeholders;
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to the Legal & Compliance team, ensuring applicable policies, processes and governance frameworks are applied;
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents, as well as maintaining accurate records and filing systems;
  • Support the background screening, and vetting process for service provider’s by collecting required documents, conducting preliminary checks and tracking progress;
  • Maintaining all information and documentation within various databases;
  • Assist with contract management activities, including tracking contract lifecycles, maintaining registers, and ensuring supporting documentation is complete and up to date;
  • Support the drafting, formatting, and review of routine legal documents, agreements, correspondence, and templates under the guidance of the Legal & Compliance team;
  • Monitor and track deadlines and follow ups of internal deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks;
  • Manage incoming requests and route matters to the appropriate legal team members.
  • Ad‑hoc assistance to the Legal & Compliance team.
