Our client in the Railway & Civil Engineering Company is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Admin/Finance Assistant.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and maintain accurate data
  • Manage correspondence (emails, phonecalls, and documentation)
  • Support basic finance/admin functions such as Sage Pastel Knowledge - Reconciling Creditor statements and processing of Petty cash
  • Liaise with suppliers
Minimum Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Proven experience in an administrative/Finance support role
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
