A leading banking institution seeks an experienced professional to support the acquisitions and pricing manager in developing and monitoring pricing and profitability strategies for Personal Loans products. The ideal candidate will have a background in data analysis, with strong analytical skills and experience in SAS or SQL programming. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders and involves producing insightful reports on key performance indicators.

In this role, you will support the acquisitions and pricing manager to develop, implement and monitor the effectiveness of the underwriting, pricing and profitability strategies for the Personal Loans products. For pricing and profitability, this includes usage of the Profitability Model to monitor expected profitability of new business, estimate total book profitability and facilitate changes to the pricing strategy. For acquisitions, this includes using internal scorecards, bureau scores and alternative data model scores (among other risk factors) to optimize credit risk decisioning and risk-based pricing capabilities. Additionally, the role includes monitoring and tracking management information (MI) of strategies and developing reports to highlight trends to management within the Portfolio.
Develop data driven strategies within the Personal Loans Acquisitions, Pricing and Profitability team.
· Liaise with operational/implementation areas to ensure strategies are working optimally.
