Required Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts.
  • Skilled at prioritization and resolving pressing issues with level‑headedness.
  • Ability to delegate effectively and lead remote teams.
  • 3 plus years of experience in account management or a similar role preferred.
  • Previous business development is preferred.
  • Previous BPO experience is a plus.
  • B2B Experience in the USA Market.
  • At least 1 year experience working for a US company.
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST.
  • Work from home experience. WFH/ Remote but willing to work from office in Johannesburg if the need arises.
