We build predictable lead generation systems, run outbound campaigns, manage pipelines, and support clients with growth-focused marketing execution.
We are expanding quickly and need a polished Account Executive who can fully run the sales cycle without founder involvement.
This means handling discovery, presenting the offer, managing proposals, and closing deals consistently.
This is a long-term role with strong earning potential for the right AE.
Hourly base (flexible based on experience)
Commission : 10% of MRR for 6 months on each client closed
OTE : $55,–$80, USD per year depending on performance
All leads provided (inbound + outbound)
Flexible hours with some overlap required with US (EST / PST)
Running discovery calls with founders, CEOs, CMOs, CROs, and marketing leaders
Delivering clear recommendations and presenting the Zunesty offer
Handling objections professionally
Preparing proposals and negotiating terms
Managing the contract stage using existing templates
Closing deals without the founder on calls
Handing off new clients smoothly to the delivery team
Maintaining pipeline hygiene and timely follow-up
Tracking metrics and participating in weekly pipeline meetings
Representing Zunesty with professionalism and confidence
At least 3–5 years as a full-cycle Account Executive
Comfortable selling B2B services, SaaS, or marketing solutions
Experience closing deals in the 50,–$ ACV range
Strong communication skills and ability to speak with executives
Native or near-native English (South Africa strongly preferred)
Ability to understand marketing, lead generation, funnels, and revenue systems
Highly organized and reliable with follow-up
Confident running Zoom / Google Meet sales calls
Comfortable navigating proposals and contract negotiation
Able to manage a pipeline inside a CRM
Hungry, proactive, and committed to long-term growth
Experience selling marketing services, agency retainers, or consulting
Experience selling into founders, marketers, or revenue teams
Understanding of outbound, demand gen, email campaigns, or pipeline development
Prior work with US clients
Within days, you should be :
Running 90% of discovery calls on your own
Closing 1–2 new retainer clients per month
Managing the pipeline end-to-end in the CRM
Reducing founder involvement in sales to nearly zero
Creating predictable monthly revenue growth for the agency
Remote role
Flexible hours but must be available for US time windows
Weekly pipeline reviews with founder minutes)
Weekly roleplay and coaching during the first month
Expected to follow Zunesty's sales process and maintain CRM discipline
