A technology-focused company in Singapore is seeking an IT Helpdesk support analyst. This role involves providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders, troubleshooting IT issues, and supporting various platforms. What will you be doing?
We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly, enthusiastic problem-solver who loves to help people to join our team in our growing Singapore office. Reporting to the Head of IT, you will be the first point of contact for all IT Helpdesk enquiries by resolving first and second-level issues. You will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the enquiries to resolution. No two days will ever be the same as you provide exceptional service to all internal stakeholders across Asia.
