Job description

Responsibilities

• 1st and 2nd level onsite support
• Provide remote and over the phone support for users
• Maintain servers in Active Directory environment
• Perform installation and upgrade of Operating Systems, application and apps
• Update IT inventory list, network diagrams and IT equipment layout plans
• System migration and deployment
• Manage network equipment: firewall, wireless and network switch
• Manage backup systems

Requirements

• Good ICT technical knowledge - IT-Administration; IT-Hardware; IT Software/Development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
• Network experience
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Server platforms: Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, DHCP, Group Policy.
• MCSA/MCSE certifications would be advantageous.
