Job summary
A prominent beverage company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated individual to manage customs clearance, maintain records, and improve warehouse operations. This role requires attention to detail and effective interaction with various stakeholders. Candidates should be ready to support the team in compliance and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with BC and WHM system.
- Customs clearance and declarations as main responsibility.
- Maintaining appropriate records to applicable criteria.
- Ensuring the team is up to date with regulations.
- Improving warehouse mechanisms and measuring inventory.
- Utilizing systems to manage functions, analysis, and documentation.
- Daily reporting of online declarations.
- Adhering to organization policies and supporting the organization.
- Interacting with all members, suppliers, and customers.
- Participating in special projects as required.
- responsibility of liaising with BC and WHM system.

- responsible for maintaining appropriate records to applicable criteria including details relating to the carrier, importer and goods.
- responsibility for ensuring that the team is kept up to date with applicable import and duty regulations.
- maintain and improve mechanisms for running the warehouse, including surveying and measuring the inventory, in/out process, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities.
- utilise appropriate systems to manage the warehouse functions, analysis and documentation.
- reporting (content and format as agreed) as agreed insert as applicable e.g. daily production of on-line declarations daily.
- adhere to all organisation policies and procedures, support and assistance with the whole of the organisation.
- interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation, its suppliers and customers.
- From time to time you may be expected to be part of special projects as are reasonably required of your job role.
