Job summary
A logistics multinational corporation is seeking a Warehouse Assistant - Air Freight in the Changi area. The role involves managing import/export shipments and ensuring smooth operations. Candidates must have a minimum diploma and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The contract is for 12 months and convertible, with a salary of up to $3,800 plus bonuses.

Education
Our client is an MNC company in the logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Warehouse Assistant - Air Freight to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the east.
- 12-Month Contract (Convertible)
- Salary up to $3,800 + Completion Bonus
- Location: Changi Area - Shuttle bus service (2-way)
- Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:50 PM
- Alternate Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Manage and coordinate import/export shipments for key accounts.
- Ensure smooth, SOP-compliant operations and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Liaise closely with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate shipment execution.
- Prepare KPI reports and participate in review meetings when required.
- Monitor customer payments and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and address complaints professionally.
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Required to work on Saturday (Twice a Month)
