Key Responsibilities:
  1. Warehousing Operations: Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  2. Transportation Management: Coordinate and manage transportation operations, including route planning, scheduling, and carrier management.
  3. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  4. Distribution and Delivery: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers, managing relationships with carriers and logistics partners.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on operations performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience: More than 4-5 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on FMCG logistics.
  3. Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficient in logistics software and systems (e.g., WMS, TMS).
  4. Certifications: Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) are an advantage.
