• We are seeking a talented Senior Designer to lead the creation of compelling corporate presentations and engaging visual content.
• This role involves translating complex business narratives into clear, impactful visuals and motion graphics for internal and external communications.
• You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to bring business stories to life, creating both strategic decks and supporting visual assets.

• Design executive presentations and corporate slides, transforming complex data and narratives into clear and engaging visuals.
• Create visual assets including event banners, digital graphics, and simple motion graphics.
• Collaborate with leadership and content teams to iterate on designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency and apply visual storytelling techniques to convey messages effectively.
• Manage creative projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in graphic design, ideally with experience in corporate or executive communications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to transform complex information into visually compelling graphics and presentations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro; Blender or 3D design skills a plus.
• Experience creating 2D motion graphics and basic video editing.
• Skilled in visual storytelling, layout design, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently and manage creative projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and confidence to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Google Slides, PowerPoint, or equivalent office productivity software.
• Exposure to generative AI tools (e.g., Meta AI, Gemini) is a plus.

• Creative thinker capable of bringing ideas to life visually.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design aesthetics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure projects.
• Proactive, positive attitude, and open to feedback.
