Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, your job responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Handling customers' enquiries as well as performing cashiering duties.

• Perform Accounts Receivable functions.

• Processing of invoices and payment.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min GCE 'O' Levels/NITEC in Accounting/Finance qualification with 1 year of relevant finance experience.

• A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills.

• People oriented with a willingness to learn.

• Required language(s): English and Mandarin (to be able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking vendors / customers / staff)

• Able to start within a short period will be preferred

Employment Type: 1-year contract (renewable)

Working Days: 5-days (Mondays to Fridays)

Working Hours: 8.30am to 1.00 pm

Work location: West - Bukit Gombak & Teck Whye
