Job summary
A financial services firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to handle bookkeeping and financial operations. Responsibilities include daily preparation of customer receipts, invoice review, and support for a group of subsidiaries. Candidates should have at least six years of relevant experience and preferably knowledge of NetSuite Oracle or QuickBooks. Strong organizational skills and adaptability to new processes are essential.
Qualifications
- At least six years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Experience with NetSuite Oracle or QuickBooks is a strong advantage.
- Ability to adapt to new processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Daily preparation of customer receipts and supplier payments.
- Review and compile invoices, debit notes and supporting documents.
- Support the finance department’s operations and accounting.
