Responsibilities

Drive Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial management reports, ensuring smooth financial closing processes.
• Lead financial audits, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

Streamline Inventory Management

• Generate and analyze inventory reports to enhance reconciliation processes between Deskera and Excel.
• Optimize inventory workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure Financial Compliance

• Review and approve all financial submissions.
• Manage GST filings, audits, taxation, and annual survey requirements.

Maximize Cash Flow Efficiency

• Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure financial stability.
• Approve and release payment requests to trade creditors promptly.

Enhance Reporting & Analytics

• Compile trading Profit & Loss reports with detailed insights.
• Prepare other ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Track and report data from various trading platforms for informed decision‑making.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of finance operations, FRS standards.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
• Experience with financial systems like (preferably Deskera) or other ERP software and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a deadline‑driven environment.
• ACCA/CPA/ISCA is an advantage for this role.
