Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore seeks a Bank Finance Associate for a permanent position. The role involves processing supplier payments, managing fixed assets, and supporting financial reporting requirements. Candidates should hold a recognized diploma in accounting and have 1-2 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills being essential. Familiarity with SUN accounting system and knowledge of GST rules are advantageous. This position is open to Singaporeans only.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with SWIFT instructions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed assets, including monthly depreciation and GL entries.
• Prepare recharge invoices for corporate events and ad hoc expenses.
• Assist with monthly bank reconciliation and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Set up counterparties in the CloudMargin system and manage margin calls and cash floats.
• Prepare monthly client balance reconciliations and support MAS regulatory reporting.

Requirement:

• Knowledge of GST rules is advantageous.
