Job summary
A chemical services company located in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative to respond to inquiries and manage communications. The successful candidate will prepare quotations, monitor customer interactions, and maintain the customer database. Ideal applicants will have knowledge in the chemical field and experience in sales support or customer service. Proficient communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential for this role, which promotes teamwork and independent work capabilities.

- Preferably with 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related administrative role
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
