Job summary

A cooling solutions company in Singapore is looking for a Project Manager to plan and oversee construction projects. Responsibilities include managing timelines, project costs, and liaising with contractors. Candidates should have qualifications in M&E Engineering or related fields and possess good project management skills. Additional experience in industrial/commercial projects will be considered for a managerial role. A valid driving license and relevant safety certificates are advantages.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE/poly diploma in M&E Engineering or ACMV related courses.
• Project management experience is advantageous, especially in industrial or commercial sectors.
• Possession of relevant WSH or Safety certificates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee project execution and completion.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure project compliance.
• Analyze project costs and track against budget.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning, execution and completion of projects
• Experience in Construction environment.
• Determine and implement the needs of the client through project cost, timeline and quality management
• Supervise/liaise with main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and workers at site
• Ensure work performed on site comply with the local authority requirements
• Analyze, manage and track project costs against budget
• Good interpersonal skills and pro-active to problem solving.
• Those with better experience will be considered for the Managerial Role.

Job Requirements

• Qualification (Minimum ITE/poly diplom) in M&E Engineering or ACMV related courses
• Project management experience will be an added advantage, preferably in handling project for industrial or commercial purpose.
• Good Project Management Skills.
• Preferably possess own transport and valid driving license will be an added advantage.
