A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage high-volume recruitment strategies in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, a solid understanding of employment laws, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, identifying top talent, and improving recruitment strategies. Manage Recruitment Cycle: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from client management to onboarding.
Develop Strategies: Design and implement recruiting strategies, including job boards, agencies, and search firms.
Acquire Talent: Identify and acquire top talent with the right competencies.
Screen and Interview: Screen, interview, and present applicants to the hiring management team.
Organize Events: Participate in job fairs and other recruitment activities.
Act as Contact Point: Serve as the single point of contact for all recruitment agencies.
Provide Training: Conduct behavioral interview and basic interviewing techniques training.
Conduct Exit Interviews: Perform exit interviews for all employees.
Stay Updated: Maintain knowledge on market trends and government regulations affecting recruitment.
Develop Procedures: Create and maintain HR-related procedures.
Prepare Reports: Generate monthly reports.
Talent Advisor: Provide advice to all levels of staff.
Recruitment Experience: At least 2 years of recruitment experience in a high-volume environment, preferably in the semiconductor/manufacturing industry, up to 1000 heacounts.
Singapore Employment Laws: Good understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
Interview Techniques: Proficient in interview techniques and applicant screening methodology.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of Excel, V-lookup, Pivot, Outlook, database management.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Passion for HR: Passion about HR and Recruitment.
Time Management: Strong time and project management skills.
Education: Degree or diploma holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8am-530pm
Company transport pick up at Jurong/ Hougang/ AMK/ Woodlands
Salary: $4000 - $5000, with AWS
