Job summary

A recruitment service provider in Singapore is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to acquire new corporate clients and promote foreign manpower recruitment solutions. This role involves outdoor canvassing, maintaining a sales pipeline, and building relationships with clients for repeat business. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, a proven sales record, and the ability to work independently. Attractive commission structure with no cap on earnings is offered.

To acquire new corporate clients in Singapore and promote People360’s foreign manpower recruitment solutions through B2B canvassing, prospecting, meetings, and relationship building. We recruit regional foreign workers from China, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, India, Myanmar, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia for businesses in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outdoor canvassing and walk-in visits to target industrial sectors (services, manufacturing, logistics, construction)
  • Identify manpower needs and secure job orders
  • Cold call, email, and follow up with prospects
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline via CRM
  • Work closely with the recruitment delivery team on placements
  • Manage client relationships post-placement for repeat business
  • Coordinate with overseas suppliers to shortlist and interview foreign applicants
  • Coordinate final interview with clients via online and face-to-face methods
  • Coordinate with admin & operations department for visa application and onboarding formalities
Requirements
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Confident, resilient, and sales-driven

  • Experience in recruitment/manpower /telemarketing or outdoor/field sales
  • Comfortable with outdoor prospecting & cold approach
  • Proven track record of sales experience
Remuneration & Package
  • Basic Salary: S$1600 - S$1800 & Earn up to $10,000 - $15,000 Monthly with Sales Commission. No cap on earnings
  • Commission Scale: 20% - 35% Tier Scale (Monthly Payout)
