Job summary
A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking part-time customer service staff to assist with queue management and ensure an excellent customer experience. The role includes monitoring self-help kiosks and handling customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should be able to work selected Saturdays and is welcome to students. This position offers flexible hours with a break included.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage queues and assist customers.
- Strong communication skills to ensure a good customer experience.
- Basic technical support knowledge for kiosks.
Responsibilities
- Manage queue and help with administrative tasks.
- Assist guests and ensure excellent service.
- Monitor self-help kiosks and provide support.
Part time customer service role, students welcome!
Location: Esplanade
Working hours: Selected Saturday.
8:30 AM-5:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM 1 hr unpaid break.
- Queue management and other administrative matter
- Support the guest and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Managing the crowd
- Monitor the use of Self-help kiosks and provide basic technical support;
- Handle simple enquires and redirecting complex ones to other channels; and
- Any other relevant administrative tasks. E.g. setting up and closing of self help kiosks and solemnisation rooms, simple statistical/situational reporting etc.
