Regularly review and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI) while monitoring day-to-day operations and product quality.
Perform basic production line cost analysis and interpret operational trends in order to identify and take preventive actions or optimize production lead times.
Investigate and manage quality-related technical issues while reporting to customers on a daily basis.
Perform bi-weekly or monthly line audits [according to ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems (QMS)] as set out by senior engineering team. Some familiarity with ISO and QMS-related standards will be advantageous but not mandatory.
