Job description

• Company located at Woodlands

• Working hour: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Mon – Fri)

Job Scope

• Conduct on‑site installation, commissioning, servicing, training, and maintenance.
• The FSE able to identify, analyze, and repair product failures, install new components and parts.
• Provides service and technical interface between customer and GA.
• Assists engineering with FAT, and installation prep work.
• Advise customer on operation, maintenance, and modifications.
• Provide expert advice to customers regarding equipment operation, maintenance, and possible system modifications.
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• The FSE communicates with management, and the end user to help and implement appropriate resolutions in a timely manner.
• Provide regular updates to the Service Manager to ensure timely handling of all open jobs.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Respond to phone support request as assigned.
• Analyze problems and determine appropriate solutions either individually or collaboratively as part of a team.
• Promote and sell value-added services, including spare parts, system upgrades, and service contracts, during customer visits or when opportunities arise. Support engineering with ongoing product development and improvement projects.
• Take initiative to remain current with emerging technologies and equipment updates.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Diploma in Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience as Field Service Engineer
• Possess technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems.
